2024 Non Traditional Santa Photos

All sessions must be booked in advance, no drop in’s allowed.

• 3-10 Digital files  provided & they are emailed within 7 business days
• We are outside – so please dress responsibly, our studio is not liable for any harm due to  temperatures OR not being dressed accordingly
• Printing release is included
• Sessions must be booked and non refundable/ non transferable retainer must be paid in advance to reserve your space.
• We can not guarantee smiles, we capture what transpires between child, adult & Santa
• Please don’t bring hoards of people to watch. That just makes the experience very stressful. Keep it to you; mom & dad.
• Yes you can bring your pet. We are outside! Just make sure they are on a leash, friendly & you clean up any 💩. Be aware of the potential for wildlife. Moose and deer are present on the lands, and bear and cougar have been spotted from time to time. 
• There will not be bathrooms, so use the facilities before you leave home. If nature calls, find a sheltered spot away from the trail, bag and pack your toilet paper out, and bury any remains
• If you arrive early, please wait in your warm car till I arrive. I am out on the trail with another family. 
• Sessions are 10-12 minutes max!
• If your child becomes sick – you will need to cancel
• 50% of session fee must be paid at time of booking & is non refundable, non transferable.  The remainder of your session must be paid in full in order to receive your digital files
• The session may be cancelled by the studio for 1 of 2 reasons: 1. Santa or the photographer wake up sick, or 2. The temperatures hit below -20. Our equipment does not perform in extreme cold temps. If the studio cancels your session then 100% of the fee is reimbursed.

If booking more then one session please include this in your registration, if you have lots of kids/family and want individuals with Santa this is where 2 sessions come in handy. But you are paying for 2 sessions. #justsaying

Reservations are booked in chronological order of receiving your form & retainer.

This year we are at the Boisverts Greenwoods , 10 minutes north of Morinville.  This is a quiet, forested conservation that has great trails, dirt roads & a natural ambiance to enhance your photos.

Directions: Take the old highway out of Morinville ( 100 street north) Turn right (east) on Township Road 564 and continue to Range Road
250. Turn left (north) and park in the parking lot on your left. The entrance to the land is easily visible from this corner. Roadside parking is also available subject to the Alberta Traffic Safety Act and local bylaws – there must be clear space for the passage of other vehicles and a clear view of the parked vehicle for 60 metres in each direction. Peace Officers may issue fines if they deem your vehicle to be an obstruction to the passage of other vehicles. Please follow all signs and visiting guidelines. 

** Please watch our Facebook page for updates in regards to: cancellations, emergencies or other.  If Santa or our photography team become ill then we would need to cancel & your retainer would be reimbursed 100%. We still live in crazy times so we need to be prepared.
