Married mom of 2 navigating this peri menopausal life with no meniscus in one knee & IBS. I lost 45 pounds in 2017 & have kept it off while still enjoying life & all the food.
That means less struggles with mental health issues, auto immune disorders & more. And over the years I found the secret is not in a personal development book or faith, but rather starts with how we treat our body. We begin to love ourselves from the outside in. And this is where my journey to be a health coach began. A place for you to learn how to do that.
Yes, you can have a great body, healthy mind & more after 40. Don’t believe the lies that menopause means weight gain. I lost 45 pounds when I was 43 and have kept it off ever since. I have learned to be consistently accountable in my food choices, intentional movement of my body & self love.

It was hard work, I wanted to quit many times but the healthy I am living today is a result of that hard work. And I am here to walk beside you on your journey to health.
