My story in a nutshell

A healthy lifestyle is not a one size fits all. I get that! I am living proof of that fact. And that is why you need me in your life.

Yes, you can have a great body, healthy mind & more after 40. Don’t believe the lies that menopause means weight gain. I lost 45 pounds when I was 43 and have kept it off ever since. I have learned to be consistently accountable in my food choices, intentional movement of my body & self love.

I get it, I live with IBS, no meniscus in my left knee, 2 c-section scars, degenerative osteoarthritis & various auto immune disorders. Fitness may not a one size fits all but what we put in our mouths is and the women I work with are proof of that.

It took me 7 years to finally do it

Having being severely under weight for the first 30 years of my life, when the doctor categorized me as obese after my 2nd child I was devastated. You name it, I did it. 7 years of trying to release the extra weight.

Who knew, the extra weight was a symptom, a side effect of a hormonal imbalance. I turned to food as a last resort & learned how to fuel my body with food & watched the weight fly off along with auto immune issues disappear.Β 

It was hard work, I wanted to quit many times but the healthy I am living today is a result of that hard work. And I am here to walk beside you on your journey to health.

People think getting healthy is hard. But it really isn’t. I have found a few key ingredients & I firmly believe that is why I am still going strong on this journey.
