What does Beachbody Live mean??

This means that the Super Trainers who create programs such as Insanity, PIYO, Turbo Fire, Core de Force, etc. offer training sessions & certifications to teach their formats to the public! This is where I come in and my passion for helping everyone at any fitness level crush their goals and move their bodies.

 Formats include MMA, HIIT, Yoga-ish, Cardio Kickboxing & more.

Group Class

Classes start at $12

We meet in a private studio in Morinville. This allows us to walk through moves, modifications if needed and ways to intensify a move if you want to up your game.  

Low to no impact, very little floor work. No equipment which is great as we use your body weight for ultimate results.  Every class is a total full body workout, the sweat will run, your heart will pump and you will have fun.

Classes are for anyone over 18 years. Drop in’s always welcome. Please see class times below for COVID19 at home classes

Running Club

Classes are for 8 weeks

I have been a runner all my life. High school track star, but now I run for fun. My record is 10 km in 28 minutes if you want speed.

I have realized most people dislike running, and the reason is they don’t know how. Once you learn how to run, you will enjoy running. TRUST ME. So stay posted for my next club starting date.
