Whether you are an experienced yogi or pilates person or you don’t know what a down dog is we have a class for you!
We offer a beginner 8 week class where we will break down the moves and work out way up to doing a full 55 minute class. And then if you are experienced jump right into our 8 week bootcamp where you don’t need to learn what a chatarunga is, you can follow along and sweat your ankles off!

PiYo LIVE is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles—all in the same class! Using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of high-intensity moves (all without putting unnecessary stress on your body) while working every muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.
These dynamic, flowing sequences deliver real results through nonstop movement that burns serious calories and gets your heart pumping!

- Drop in’s only allowed if you can keep up with traditional Yoga Poses $15/class
- All workouts are in barefeet on a matted floor
- Bring a water bottle and towel as you are going to need it
- Wear comfortable workout clothes
- No equipment is required for either format
- Participants must be 18 +years at the HUTT,
- Under age children are not to be on the grounds during class time due to liability concerns.
- A waiver is to be signed before you can workout
