The Nitty Gritty Details

  • Program length is 6 weeks
  • Working out 5 times a week, 2 rest days: 3 days of boxing, 2 days of weight lifting
  • Workout length: 30-40 minutes
  • This is an intermediate workout program
  • You will need light, medium, & heavy dumbbells (lifting workouts) | 12” resistance loops (lifting & boxing workouts) |  small towel (boxing workouts)
  • You will also get acess to BeachBody’s Guide to Nutrition which is a nutrition plan that aligns perfectly to not only the program, but also your goals! But I promise, you can still enjoy wine & donuts. 
  • As a bonus my team will receive access to my HUTT DIET which teaches low carb, healthy fats, timed nutrition & intermittent fasting
  • AND I will include my own brand new HUTT 4 Week Low Carb Shred plan!

 

Coaches on my team get access as early as March 16, if you are not a coach then packages go live to purchase on April 6. Our bootcamp will start Monday April 13, 2020.
