September Registration is OPEN!

Here are the details so carefully read this first!

For each time slot 4 registered participants are needed or that class time will not run.  So please grab a paper & pen or open your email and write down what classes you can commit to, send me your list via email to heathersrunningdiary@gmail.com and once I have 4 then I will require payment. 

  • the HUTT uses the space at 9610B Morinville Dr in Morinville, also known as the United Church in the part of the building that is the Rooke Schook of Karate Dojo.
  • All workouts are in barefeet on a matted floor
  • No equipment is required for either format
  • Participants must be 18 +years
  • Under age children are not to be on the grounds during class time due to liability concerns.
  • A waiver is to be signed before you can workout

September will only offer 2 formats:

  1. Core de Force LIVE
  2. Insanity LIVE

COST:

  • Drop in for one class is $15
  • A Punch Pass is 2-10 classes at $12/class
  • Unlimited is $99 and you can attend any class that is offered on the finalized schedule.

Please note punch passes & unlimited passes can not be returned, exchanged or transferred and are only good for the month they are purchased in. Drop in fees are paid in cash at the beginning of class

Classes to Register for:

** remember we need 4 confirmed participants for a class to run.

  • Mondays September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 from 1-2 PM
  • Tuesdays September 3,10,17,24 from 8- 9 PM
  • Saturdays September 7,14,21,28 from 830-930 AM

You build your schedule, pick which dates, times work for you. You can choose different dates/times each week to fit your schedule.
