Who is Amoila Cesar?
Amoila Cesar has become the go-to strength and transformation specialist among NBA athletes and celebrities alike. Julius Randle, DeMarcus Cousins, Jordan Clarkson, Nicolas Batum, Elfrid Payton, Mo Bamba, The Bachelor’s Colton Underwood, rapper 2 Chainz, Rome Flynn, Amber Stevens West, Shiva Safai, and Jack Osbourne all count themselves as dedicated clients. 
He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Central Florida and is also ACE (American Council on Exercise) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified. On top of that, he has certifications in TRX, strength and conditioning, performance training, and precision nutrition. He is driven to help you become the best version of yourself through his knowledge of nutrition and training. 
Amoila received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from University of Central Florida, and he’s an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and NCCPT (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers) certified personal trainer. On top of that, he’s also a sports performance and fitness nutrition specialist (ACE) and a weight management specialist (NCCPT).

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM:

6 Weeks of THE WORK is an advanced-level workout program. Amoila Cesar will be bringing his gritty, tough-love training style and high-intensity workouts to help you achieve amazing results in just 6 weeks.  

  • This program is an ADVANCED program and IS NOT for everyone.

  • It will be a 6 week program, Starting as early as Sept 30, 2019 & will run through till April 20, 2020

  • Each workout is different, and about 45 minutes each.

  • You will have 5 hard core workouts focused on pushing you to your limits, 1 range and repair workout and 1 rest day.

  • These workout can be done at home, or at your gym, whatever is more convenient for you and your schedule.

  • You can access to workouts on your phone, computer, tablet or Smart TV/device (Firestick, Roku, etc.)

  • It will have explicit language, BUT there will be a clean option if that isn’t your jam!

He’s Going to Show You What You’re Capable Of

In 6 Weeks of THE WORK, Amoila adapted the training regimen he created for his athlete and celebrity clients, so you can work out at home and still get awesome results.

Over six weeks, you’ll focus heavily on functional fitness, performing compound lifts, agility moves, and mobility exercises to help you build a stronger body and prepare you for real-life activities.

“Some people just have ‘show muscles,’” Amoila says. “They look good, but they can’t move well. With this program, you’re going to have both. You’ll be able to sprint down the yard to chase your dog or your daughter. You’ll be able to carry all the groceries inside without making multiple trips. 6 Weeks of THE WORK is going to help you with all aspects of your life.”

Developing mental toughness is also part of the program. Amoila is going to push you harder than you’ve ever been pushed before.

What will be required of you & what you get out of this:

  • A private invite to a secret group that you will log your workouts and supplements to track your progress and hold you accountable.

  • You will get access to a nutrition guide, meal plans, and access to thousands of recipes.

  • I will be checking in with you daily in our app, And for the first time, I will contact you weekly via email for a more personalized contact.

  • You will be asked to take progress photos and measurements, and you can earn a free shirt & possibly some cash. 

  • You will be apart of a community group where you can chat with others about their experiences, share tips and tricks, and hold each other accountable

  • You will have access to our Virtual Gym – a place you can pop in virtually and workout with others in real time (Not required! But a good tool to use for extra accountability).

  • 1:1 Coaching – This is my favorite part, but I could be a little bias 😉 I think the best part about these bootcamps is that my JOB is to help you get results, stay accountable, and give you a loving kick in the pants when you need it! I check into our group daily, and you are able to contact me whenever you need me! Health and fitness is NOT easy. But it’s worth it, and you don’t have to do it alone.

This group will run starting Sept 30, 2019 through April 20, 2020.  

I am here in this group doing “the work” myself. AND I will be running your prep group that is going to have a mix of different workouts that help you get ready for this program.  It will take 4 weeks of hard work for you to get ready. 

You will take the FIT TEST as a unit of measure to determine when you are ready to start.
