Be Part of Our Sports Media Project. Limited Sessions Available.

Be apart of our expanding  studio’s website, social media & studio displays with your sport.

These sessions will be done outside.  We will utilize outdoor sports areas such as Basketball courts, Sand Volleyball, Lacrosse, Street Hockey, Open Swims, Kayak, Canoe, Skate Boards, Baseball, Martial Arts, Soccer, Cheer, Dance & more.

You must have your own equipment, jersey’s or uniforms.  Please ensure if it is a club uniform that the club has provided in writing the use of it’s logos.

This opportunity allows your athlete to step in front of the camera, try something new & help build that inner self confidence

FAQ’s

  • Location is outside within the Morinville area
  • Session is usually an hour in length
  • You must provide equipment & uniform
  • Must be 12 years or older, parental consent is required 
  • No guarantee that images will be used or posted
  • Tone of images is at photographer’s discretion 
  • No obligation to purchase digital files
  • Will provide a what to wear, hair & make up guide
  • This is not a group session, this is for individuals 
  • Post processing & editing will be done by the photographers discretion
  • Turn around for images is again at the photographer’s discretion
  • There is a non refundable reservation fee for booking, this gives your athlete exposure in sports media but can be used as a credit for digital files of this session

Investment

This session is discounted in that we do require a $100 non-refundable reservation fee to confirm your booking. This is not our regular sitting fee.  This policy was implemented due to a high number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows in the past when sessions were offered without a commitment.

The full amount may be applied as a credit toward any digital images you choose to purchase following your session.

Basic digital packages are $149 for 5 digital images, $199 for 10-15 digital images or $249 for 20+ digital files

Why is there a fee if no images are included?

The reservation fee secures your spot in our schedule and covers the time, planning, and expertise that go into creating your personalized session. While the session itself doesn’t include digital files or prints, you’ll have the opportunity to view your fully edited images afterward and choose only the ones you love to purchase.

This approach gives you flexibility, you’re not locked into a package of images you may not want. Instead, you invest in the final artwork that speaks to you most.

What does the $100 reservation fee cover?

The $100 ensures your commitment to the session and helps us manage our limited availability. It’s not an additional cost, the full amount is credited toward your image order, should you decide to make a purchase.

Do I have to buy images?

There’s no obligation to purchase anything if the images don’t meet your expectations (though we’re confident you’ll love them!). However, the $100 reservation fee is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for products or sessions at a later date.
