2025 Spooktacular Sessions
Halloween should be fun, and that is exactly what these sessions are.
FUN!
We will head outside & add that extra spooky feel and laugh the whole time. Great session for all ages
This is a time to show off your costume. You spent hours thinking about it, picking it out and doing your make up. Why not show it off. You know here in Alberta you might end up in a snow suit, now is your time to shine!
This type of session is great for any child of any age, adults too! Special needs children we got you covered! No waiting in lines, no cranky children being over whelmed.
We are outside, in a quiet, seclude location in Sturgeon County. No distractions, no crowds of people. Just us and some wild animals.
You will laugh more then ever!
No costume – no problem. Let’s add in a pumpkin head or a white bed sheet. Why not a boudoir feel. Sparklers too!
This type of session is where we let our creative imaginations run wild. Trust me. You will not regret this.

Nitty Gritty Details:
All sessions must be booked in advance, no drop in’s allowed.
3-10 Digital files provided & they are emailed within 7 business days- 2025 We are outside – so please dress responsibly, our studio is not liable for any harm due to temperatures OR not being dressed accordingly
- Printing release is included
- Sessions must be booked and non refundable/ non transferable retainer must be paid in advance to reserve your space.
- We can not guarantee smiles, we capture what transpires
- Please don’t bring hoards of people to watch. That just makes the experience very stressful. Just keep it to the ones being photographed
- Yes you can bring your pet. We are outside! Just make sure they are on a leash, friendly & you clean up any
. Be aware of the potential for wildlife. Moose and deer are present on the lands, and bear and cougar have been spotted from time to time. - There will not be bathrooms, so use the facilities before you leave home. If nature calls, find a sheltered spot away from the trail, bag and pack your toilet paper out, and bury any remains
- If you arrive early, please wait in your warm car till I arrive. I am out on the trail with another family.
- Sessions are 15-30 minutes max!
- If your child becomes sick – you will need to cancel
- 50% of session fee must be paid at time of booking & is non refundable, non transferable. The remainder of your session must be paid in full in order to receive your digital files
- The session may be cancelled by the studio for 1 of 2 reasons: 1. The photographer wake up sick, or 2. The temperatures hit below -20. Our equipment does not perform in extreme cold temps. If the studio cancels your session then 100% of the fee is reimbursed.
Reservations are booked in chronological order of receiving your form & retainer.
2025 Location is a 10 minute drive north of Morinville, within Sturgeon County
** Please watch our Facebook page for updates in regards to: cancellations, emergencies or other. If our photography team become ill then we would need to cancel & your retainer would be reimbursed 100%. We still live in crazy times so we need to be prepared.
Breakdown of cost & what you get:

- 🧟♀️Up to 30 Minutes with no strangers watching, and if you want to change outfits you can do that
- 🧟♀️Themes are a great way to capture fun, Earl Sessions, Boudoir Sessions, The axe, the ghost, pumpkin head, grave yard & more
- Wear your costume for this year, try it out before Halloween. ,

- come dressed for the weather and to have fun.

Payment is either cash or email transfer to madebyheather@shaw.ca with YOUR family’s name in the message. Please note your session isn’t confirmed until retainer is received. Once your session is confirmed your First name will be added to the list above.
