Group Team Photo

A group team photo is a posed image featuring multiple members of a team, captured together to represent unity, identity, and collective presence. These images are typically used for media, promotional materials, season branding, and official records. As a variety we offer a team composite photo that is a designed image that combines multiple photographs of individual players into a single cohesive graphic to represent a team or season.

Athlete Portrait

An athlete portrait is a posed photograph of an individual athlete designed to highlight their identity, personality, and connection to their sport. These images are commonly used for media features, profiles, promotions, and personal branding. Shot in studio or on location at the sports venue. This is usually for individual athletes, but we can combine 2-3 BFF's together. I will be honest - these style of images can mess with your head. usually the athlete has make up on, hair done while in their sport uniform. This is a merging of their personality with their chosen sport.

Media Day

Media Day is a scheduled photo session where athletes or teams are photographed in a consistent, professional setup to produce a collection of images for media, marketing, and promotional use throughout a season. These can include digital posters or graphics of each athlete, game day advertisements & such. Think the old school baseball card. This style of session is almost always a full day event. Shot on location in the sports venue or outside. And this is where athletes personality meets the team. So yes athletes will arrive with their hair done, make up on, maybe a fog machine or lasers for light - this is where fun and and function come together for coffee.

Game Day Action

Game Day Action photography captures live, unscripted moments during a competitive event, documenting athletes in motion as the game unfolds. These images focus on intensity, emotion, and decisive moments rather than posed or staged shots. Great for an individual athlete or the whole team for the entire game length. From warm up to post game action.

Practice Photography

Practice photography documents athletes or teams during training sessions, capturing skill development, repetition, and preparation in a controlled, non-competitive setting.

Travel within Sturgeon County is included in final cost. Travel outside of this geographical area will be an additional cost.

Price points vary depending on how many athletes are present & what the final product(s) will contain.

Game Day Prices vary depending on location, length & how many athletes are being tracked during.

Admission to venue, permits, licensing requirements, press passes & such can be additional costs

Nitty Gitty Details:

  • Only digital files provided with print release
  • Client receives all digital copies of images that make the final cut – I do not show or distribute or sell any raw images that don’t fit our style. Seriously? you want an image with eyes closed or a snot bubble? 
  • High resolution for printing & low resolution for online sharing provided to you via download
  • Final product is always unwatermarked that means our studio’s branding logo does not show up, you will see it on our social media shares though
  • Each image is “edited” in post processing, additional edits requested from client come with an additional charge $35/image/hour/edit
  • We can not guarantee certain captured images in a live game/practice day
  • If player is benched for most of the game, no refunds or transfers of package provided
  • If athlete is injured during the game, a reshoot can be rescheduled
  • If game/practice is cancelled or postponed due to weather we can coordinate to find a new game date that works for both parties
  • Without a press pass, I will be either on the sidelines or in the stands
  • Game day images of a complete team can be upwards of 100+ files
